Pilates is a technique that targets the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine aiming to improve stability and posture. It has benefits for the rehabilitation and prevention of back pain, improving posture and in sports injuries and arthritis.

Group classes are over four weeks in small groups of up to 6 pupils which will help to build good Pilates techniques, start to strengthen core muscles and provide exercises to aid long term management and rehabilitation of a range of musculoskeletal conditions, programs in dance, sport and general practice. Individual 1:1 classes are also available.
